Busser Responsibilities
- Bus, clean, and reset tables to specifications.
- Assist in setting dining room.
- Take out trash.
- Assist with bussing and re-stocking the bar.
- Assist with Opening and or Closing the restaurant.
- Roll Silverware, and remove trash.
- Keep up with running side work.
- Complete opening, Running or Closing side work depending on the shift
