As a Busser, you’ll help keep all food service areas running smoothly by providing attentive support, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring spaces are guest-ready.

How I can Create Guests for Life:
- Set and reset tables according to standards before, during, and after service.
- Welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy when interacting at the table.
- Work with a sense of urgency to anticipate guest and team needs.
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and management to ensure smooth service.
- Clean all spills immediately, notifying other staff and using appropriate signage when necessary.
- Assist with cleaning tasks (sweeping, wiping, polishing) to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Monitor dining area for guest needs and restock service stations as necessary.
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support the team.
Is this the job for me:
- Must be 16 years of age or older to apply.
- Must be flexible to work hours determined by business levels and needs of the Food & Beverage outlets. This may include weekends and early morning, or late evening work and holidays.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 8–10 hours).
- Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching to clear and reset tables.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30–40 lbs. (e.g., trays of dishes, bus tubs, stacks of glassware).
- Manual dexterity and coordination to handle glassware, silverware, and trays safely.
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Tolerance for working in varying temperatures (e.g., near kitchen areas or outdoor patios).
