What You'll Do:
- Set the Stage for a Great Experience: Ensure tables are clean, symmetrically set, and ready for our guests, following service standards.
- Keep Things Clean and Tidy: Regularly sweep, mop, and maintain the dining area, including under tables and service stations.
- Assist Guests: Greet customers warmly upon arrival or departure and respond to requests when needed.
- Maintain Supplies: Refill cleaning products and ensure tools like brooms, mops, and cloths are clean and ready for use.
- Support the Team: Assist servers and other staff to ensure smooth service, filling in where needed to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle Bathroom Maintenance: Keep restrooms clean and well-stocked with essentials like toilet paper, hand towels, and authorized deodorant.
- Perform Additional Tasks: Adapt to other duties as assigned by supervisors to meet the needs of the restaurant.
What We're Looking For:- A friendly and respectful attitude, with a genuine smile as part of your service.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively to solve problems promptly.
- Knowledge of restaurant policies and a commitment to maintaining service standards.
- High school education or equivalent, with at least 3 months of experience in a similar role preferred.
Physical Requirements:- Ability to remain mobile for up to 5 hours at a time and perform repetitive movements.
- Comfortable bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching to perform tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 33 pounds and push carts or work equipment occasionally.
- Capability to work indoors and outdoors, adapting to various temperatures and conditions.
