· Clean Bathrooms, Stock paper and soap products in both the men’s and ladies rest rooms.
· Sweep entire restaurant including entrance halls and place floormats in the proper areas
· Replace trash can liners and clean out trash cans at the beginning , as needed and at the end of your shift
· Mop entire Restaurant with clean mop head and cleaning water
· Prepare a clean mop and bucket for spills throughout the day.
· Clean all dirty table, seats and walls
· Stock Dish and Silver wear areas
· Stock Stations with the appropriate cleaning supplies
· Periodically sweep the restaurant throughout the shift
· Maintain dish area and dish machine cleanliness
· Assist servers and cooks with tasks throughout the shift such as stocking and prep work
· Clean parking lot and all outdoor areas around the building.
· End of the night all floors mopped , all trash remaining consolidated to one can, all trash cans hosed out and cleaned all dishes cleaned and put away
