JOB SUMMARY

Bussersassistthe wait staff and bartenders atfood& beverage venuesbycleaningtables, taking plates,utensilsand drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, makingsure diners' water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service.Bussersmight helpserversbring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs. Bussersarenotthe front line of food service, but customer attentiveness and a neat appearance are still necessary.Bussersallowserverstofocus on the diners and make sure that foodand drinkscome out in a speedy manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Clear, clean, and reset tables efficientlyin accordance withservice standards

  • Maintain dining room cleanliness, including floors, chairs, and service stations

  • Clear used plates andassistguests as needed to enhance dining experience

  • Ensure tables are properly set with silverware and napkins for the nextguest

  • Transport dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing areas safely and efficiently

  • Maintain organization and stock levels at bussing stations

  • Assistwith opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

  • Support overall team productivity byanticipatingservice needs

  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skill & Ability Requirements

  •  Must be able to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level

​

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

  • This positionisto work evenings,weekendsand holidayswhile in operation.

  • Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position aminimum of 20 pounds on anoccasional basis.

  • Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling,pushingand pulling on an occasional basis.

  • Talking and hearing occur continuouslyin the process of communicatingwith guests,supervisorsand other employees.
