Wise Villa Winery is a local, family-owned winery in Lincoln looking to add a friendly, hardworking Busser to our growing and dynamic hospitality team.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.
Weekend availability is required, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

What You'll Do

As a Busser, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience by supporting our serving team and keeping the dining areas clean, organized, and welcoming.

Responsibilities include:

• Support servers and hospitality staff by clearing and resetting tables
• Deliver water and other items to guests as needed
• Assist with maintaining clean, organized, and inviting dining areas
• Help ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout their visit
• Respond to guest needs with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Work closely with servers, hosts, and other team members to keep service running smoothly
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and work area
• Assist with other duties as needed to support the team

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, attentive, and enjoys being part of a team. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful, but we're looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

• Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Must be able to stand and walk for approximately 6–8 hours per shift
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Must be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions, as outdoor dining is part of the guest experience
• Must be able to maintain a fast pace while remaining attentive to guests and team members
