Own the counter. High-volume Honda store seeks a driven Parts Counter pro to serve retail, wholesale, and internal customers with speed, accuracy, and great communication.
What You'll DoGreet, identify needs, and sell the right parts over the counter, to the shop, and by phone
Quote prices, upsell companion parts/specials, review body shop estimates for accuracy
Pull/fill orders, locate out-of-stock items, manage will-call/backorders, and set daily shipments/pickups
Keep invoices/ROs and special-order files tight; process payments/credits correctly
Replenish and organize stock daily; maintain clean, efficient front/back counters
Support outside sales calls; track lost sales and report trends
Parts sales experience required (dealership or independent)
Solid EPC/DMS lookups, retail math, and phone etiquette
Detail-driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast lane environment
Able to lift/move parts boxes as needed; valid driver's license
