Key Responsibilities
<\/b>This position will require
devotion to the principal and position with 24/7 mentality. The role is
responsible for household management and butler service, including:<\/p>- Oversight of residential management, including supervising housekeeping staff and vendor management.
<\/li> - Maintaining all household technology.
<\/li> - Managing household utility financial responsibilities and timely payments in conjunction with the personal business manager.
<\/li> - Monthly household expense reporting.
<\/li> - Daily property walkthrough and inspection.
<\/li> - Overseeing the completion of the household manuals already in progress.
<\/li> - Restocking and record keeping for household supplies and consumables, and communication with the principal on reordering.
<\/li> - Travels in advance to the Italian residence to prepare, stock, and clean the property in advance of the principal's arrival.
<\/li> - Provide butler service for formal dinner events and oversee
hospitality for all guest events at the equivalency of a luxury hotel
experience.
<\/li> - Organizes occasional small events and dinner parties, partnering
with chef on menu curation, wine/cocktail menus, décor, florals, etc.
<\/li> - Light cooking and preparation as directed: i.e. preparation of coffee, salads, smoothies, light meals, cocktails, wine, etc.
<\/li> - Mixology and cocktail knowledge and preparation for principal and
guests, along with expert knowledge of wines for meal pairings.
<\/li> - Acts as chauffeur/driver for the principal locally, as needed, to
restaurants, airport, etc., and oversee all vehicle maintenance.
<\/li> - Unpacking and packing of luggage and bags upon the principal's
arrival to and departure from the residence for business and personal
travel.
<\/li> - Responsibility for pet maintenance and care, as needed, for principal's one dog.
<\/li> - In the absence of the housekeeper, perform the housekeeping duties
including washing dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, and pans; wiping and
dusting surfaces in rooms; cleaning windows & mirrors; vacuuming and
cleaning floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes; stocking, changing, and
cleaning linens, towels, bedspreads, and blankets; emptying trash
containers.
<\/li> - Seeing to other related duties, as assigned.
<\/li><\/ul>Qualifications<\/b>
<\/p>- Expert knowledge of luxury service and having graduated a top -tier private service training program.
<\/li> - Thoroughness and sufficiently detail oriented to create methodical systems, compile lists, and keep the utmost organization.
<\/li> - Excellent knowledge of formal meal services, practices, and table preparation.
<\/li> - Ability to prepare food and drinks on occasion with knowledge of wines, bartending, and mixology.
<\/li> - Tech savvy with home media and technology needs.
<\/li> - Dog friendly.
<\/li> - Spanish and Italian language proficiency is preferred.
<\/li> - Valid California drivers license is required.
<\/li> - Absolute discretion and respect for privacy for the principal and guests always.
<\/li> - Physical requirements for the position are the ability to endure
prolonged periods standing and walking, and the ability to lift and
carry up to 25 pounds at times.
<\/li><\/ul>Reporting Structure<\/b>
<\/p>- The position will report directly to the principal.
<\/li> - Supervision of housekeeping staff and liaising with the chef are required.
<\/li><\/ul>Location<\/b>
<\/p>- An urban, 12,000 square foot residence in Los Angeles where the
principal spends 70% of his time. Occasional travel to Italian residence
accompanying and preparing for the principal.

Compensation and Benefits<\/b>
<\/div>The annual gross salary
will be $225K+, commensurate with the necessary experience and
dedication required for success in this position. Additional benefits
will include:
