Butler Regional - Full Time (Tropicana Atlantic City)

• Ensures that all VIP guests are treated to the highest level of customer service.
• Provides Family Style Service at all times.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

$16.00 - $17.00 Per Hour

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

• Must possess 2 years Butler or Gourmet Restaurant experience, with French and Russian Gourmet Service techniques and advanced knowledge of food and wines.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.

• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.

CER license is required

• Coordinates and services all food and beverage requirements, restaurant and event reservations, transportation, suite, and amenities to the satisfaction of our VIP guest.

• Makes reservations, creates comps for food & beverage, limo, spa, pool, amenities, scooters, tobacco but not limited to those services/outlets.

• Works very closely with the appropriate personnel to ensure personalized service.

• Coordinates and services all food and beverage requirements, restaurant and event reservations, transportation, suite, and amenities to the satisfaction of our VIP guest.

• Makes reservations, creates comps for food & beverage, limo, spa, pool, amenities, scooters, tobacco but not limited to those services/outlets.

• Works very closely with the appropriate personnel to ensure personalized service.
