Responsibilities

  • Work directly with active buyers to help them find and purchase a home
  • Schedule and show homes that meet clients’ needs
  • Educate buyers on the home-buying process from start to finish
  • Write and submit offers using ZipForms
  • Navigate the MLS to search for properties, pull comps, and track listings
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with co-brokers
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth transactions
  • Uphold high standards of service and professionalism for our clients

Qualifications

You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • License required to join the team, but not required to apply
  • Member of the Board of Realtors
  • Available to start immediately
  • Strong understanding of:
    • MLS systems
    • ZipForms and real estate contracts
  • Excellent listening, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic
  • Professional, relationship-focused approach with clients and co-brokers
  • Desire to work primarily with buyers and grow as a top agent
  • Team player
  • Learning based, growth-minded 
  • Organized
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Industry experience preferred
