Buyer Agent - Shoreline/Northgate Area

Summary

Buyer-focused agent role serving Shoreline and Northgate with KW Bothell / The Seattle Real Estate Team. This is a bona fide open opportunity with real intent to hire. Compensation is commission-only: estimated annual earnings $75,000-$125,000, with an agent split of 50/50 to 70/30 of GCI based on closed transactions. Benefits include training, mentorship, buyer-side support, and team leads where available. Work is on-site/local through our office at 22614 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA 98021; this role is not remote.

Responsibilities

Represent buyers throughout Shoreline and Northgate, build relationships, conduct consultations and property tours, prepare offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate transactions through closing. Collaborate with the KW Bothell team, use buyer-side support, follow up on team leads where available, and participate in training and mentorship. This is a commission-only role; compensation is based on closed transactions.

Qualifications

Active Washington real estate license or ability to obtain one. Buyer-focused mindset, strong communication, negotiation, organization, and client service skills. Comfortable working locally with the team from 22614 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA 98021. Not a remote or partially remote role.
