How You'll Make an Impact
Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and value.
Negotiate contracts and build lasting vendor relationships.
Analyze demand forecasts and inventory levels to guide purchasing decisions.
Request and assess quotations, proposals, and bids.
Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, pricing, or delivery.
Collaborate across departments to meet business goals.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in procurement or buying roles.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Solid understanding of supply chain and purchasing principles.
