About the Role
As a Buyer at TQL, youll be working behind-the-scenes to keep our entire company functioning. Youll be responsible for fulfilling requests of internal customers in a fast-paced environment, including the creation and reconciliation of purchase orders, all while delivering best-in-class customer service.

What Youll Be Doing
Issue purchase orders in alignment with supplier agreements and/or approved purchases Serve as the main Purchasing point of contact for Satellite offices Maintain and monitor catalog of approved spend items Ensure availability of catalog and proactively identify alternatives when necessary Perform reconciliation of all purchase transactions, invoices, and approvals Maintain clear documentation and audit trail of procurement activities Assist Strategic Sourcing Specialists and Procurement Coordinators as necessary Support Facilities and Real-Estate Teams with office openings, moves, and expansions
What You Need
1 - 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, customer service, or inventory management Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment Superior verbal and written communication skills Ability to speak and collaborate with various levels of management Comfort working with data, Microsoft Excel, and financial systems Ability to work independently under time constraints in a positive and effective manner
