We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.Job DescriptionJob Title: Buyer IILocation: Corning, NYDuration: 8+ monthsDaily operation in a transactional environment, approving purchase orders within your dollar limit according to the Global Buying Policy and Procedures to effectively manage the commitment of funds and the protection of assets to include intellectual property.You will be on a team of approximately twelve people that are in the Shared Services.You may be asked for process improvement ideas or to work on other teams.May work on invoice resolution Accounts Payable when requested, assist Buyers on special requests and facilitate expediting of emergency orders.You will be asked to assist internal customers with Requisition To Payment and Procurement processes and procedures.Responsible for obtaining materials, components, equipment and services.
