Job Summary:
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for multiple programs, acting as a key liaison between program teams, stakeholders, and suppliers. The specialist will issue purchase orders, ensure timely equipment deployment, and proactively identify and escalate supply chain risks to prevent disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement processes for several programs.
Serve as the primary procurement contact for program teams.
Issue purchase orders and track equipment delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers to meet deployment timelines.
Identify and escalate supply chain risks.
Strong business communication skill
Willingness to learn internal tools
Basic procurement platform knowledge

Nice to have skills:
Experience in enterprise procurement ERP systems like Coupa, Oracle, Kinaxis, or Teamcenter is preferred.
