We are actively hiring a Buyer I (NPI Buyer) to support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within the Medical Devices industry. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with purchasing/procurement experience who enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and process purchase orders (direct & indirect)
Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and availability
Support procurement activities for NPI projects
Track orders, resolve invoice issues, and ensure timely delivery
Work closely with Engineering, Planning, Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required (Bachelor's is a plus)
1 2 years of purchasing/procurement or commodity management experience
Experience with indirect procurement preferred
SAP ERP knowledge is preferred
Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
Positive team player with a willingness to learn
