The Buyer II role focuses on managing procurement activities within the Procurement & Supply Chain department to support the company's operations in the manufacturing industry. Description

• Source and procure materials, components, and services to meet production and operational needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality standards and timely deliveries are met.
• Maintain and update procurement records, including purchase orders and supplier agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material requirements and manage inventory levels.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure continuity of operations.
• Resolve any issues related to supplier performance, delivery, or quality concerns.
• Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize processes.

A successful Buyer II should have:
