  • Drive shortage resolution, expedite critical materials, and help reduce production disruption caused by supply constraints.
  • Support engineering change implementation by coordinating material impact, timing, and production readiness.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify root causes, resolve material planning issues, and improve supply planning processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of experience in material planning, production planning, purchasing, buying, or supply chain coordination.
  • Ability to interpret bills of material, part requirements, and basic part drawings.
  • Understanding of MRP, forecasting, inventory control, purchasing, and production planning processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP or business system tools.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, automotive, truck equipment, or production support environment.
  • Experience supporting custom builds, non-standard parts, customer-supplied material, or engineering change coordination.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Customer Focus: Supports business needs by providing timely, practical solutions.
  • Adaptability: Responds effectively to changing priorities, production requirements, and business demands.

  • Collaboration: Works cross-functionally to resolve issues and support production goals.

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE:
