The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Buyer II  for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Miami, FL 33178. Details for the position are as follows:

Pay Rate: $30.56 Hourly - ONSITE  

Title : Buyer II (Mid-Level)
Duration : 6+ months assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
Location: Miami, FL 33178


Must-have
- Bachelor's degree in business, or supply chain, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Demonstrably versed in MRP, Bills of Material, Customer Sales Support in a fast-paced manufacturing, multiple divisional environment
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Buyer/Planner
- AX 2012 ERP software experience preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor, manage, and track supplier on-time delivery through purchase order execution
- Manage inventory to achieve yearly turn rate while improving customer service levels
- Develop and execute inventory plan based on forecast and product sales history while monitoring real-time material consumption taking corrective action when needed
- Develop and coordinate purchase agreements, generate purchase orders and in-house work orders
- Maintain purchase order status and tracking information, communicating to all internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
