  • You will be responsible for soliciting & analyzing quotations, negotiating purchases, selecting suppliers & contractors, reviewing, creating, and approving purchase order transactions through Oracle to ensure timely supply of business materials and contractor services
  • In this role you will monitor open orders, drive order execution, and communicates status to internal stakeholders
  • Building business relationships and leverage the global supply base to promote procurement efficiencies and execute purchases with terms most favorable to the business
  • Further, you will identify new vendors & materials and work cross functionally to expand sourcing options
  • You will help Identify improvement opportunities in the procurement function and actively participate in business productivity and operational excellence initiatives
  • Coordinate with the finance organization to establish and maintain supplier profiles as well as resolve supplier payment issues
  • You will utilize various tools to maintain inventory levels according to business needs
