Buyer / Inside Sales

Job description:
A fast-paced, growing, Central Ohio Company is seeking an Inside Sales / On-site Buyer to assist the Company President and existing Sales Team with growth opportunities pertaining to local and regional suppliers and tradesmen.
Compensation: $30 - $40 / hour starting. Full-time. Monthly commissions. $70 - $110k / year potential.
Reports To: Company President / works closely with other Executive-level team members
Summary: Seeking a highly motivated, professional, outgoing, bright, competitive individual with previous experience in the following careers: Sales / Marketing / Advertising, Relationship Management, Retail Management, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Hospitality, Restaurant Wait Staff, Brand Ambassador, Casino, Automotive, Food Service & Server, etc.
Key Responsibilities, Accountabilities, and Details:

• In-person role, NOT remote
• Assist President and current Sales Team in managing existing customers as well as pursuing new business.
• Balance time effectively between office and operations.
• Telemarketing must be a strength.
• Develop and manage campaigns to bring in repeat and new tradesmen business
• Planning, forecasting, and scheduling must be strengths.
• Cross-train and be able to fill in as an operator, scale buyer, etc. whenever needed.
• Create metric reports on a regular basis and frequent ad-hoc reporting.
• Other projects, duties, and responsibilities as deemed necessary.
• Compensation package comprised of hourly / plus commission.
• Starting compensation package based on applicant's skills and abilities as well as previous performance.

• Be able to maintain absolute confidentiality and consistently exercise discretion and judgment.
