Our client, a Business Manufacturing And Supply company, is looking for a Buyer for their Keene, NH location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Document management
  • Request quotes and complete purchase orders
  • Payment issue resolution
  • Support indirect spend
  • Ensure adherence to government compliance, company policies, and industry best practices
 
Requirements:
  • Associates preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in procurement or supply chain (experience with vendor relations, issuing PO's, etc)
  • Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Buyer to join their procurement team. The Technical Buyer will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, supporting indirect spend activities, and ensuring surety of supply. This position requires strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years proven experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with legal procedures related to NDAs and supplier contracts is preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially when handling invoicing or payment discrepancies.
