Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and procuring goods and services.
This role involves managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of quality products, and achieving cost savings. The Buyer will work closely with 
various departments to understand their requirements and ensure procurement activities that align with organizational 
goals.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, and place 
purchase orders.
• Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor their performance, and address any issues that arise.
• Cost Management: Analyze market trends and pricing, negotiate cost reductions, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance. 
Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and quality. 
assurance, to ensure procurement aligns with overall business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior purchasing or buyer experience preferred.
• Understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, market dynamic, relevant regulations and compliance requirements preferred.
