About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Buyer to join the Global Robotics Operations team. In this role, you will support procurement and supply chain activities that enable the successful launch of innovative robotics products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage supplier relationships, maintain procurement data, and help drive operational excellence through process improvements and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day procurement activities for new product introduction (NPI) programs.
- Set up and maintain new supplier/vendor records.
- Create, update, and manage purchase orders.
- Maintain pricing, lead times, and supplier information within ERP systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain delivery commitments and ensure timely material availability.
- Train suppliers on accounts receivable procedures and supplier portal processes.
- Resolve receiving, invoicing, and purchase order discrepancies.
- Track, compile, and distribute procurement metrics and reports.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives, including automation and dashboard development.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams to support successful product launches.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within a high-volume manufacturing or global operations environment.
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) procurement activities.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS (SAP experience also considered).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Top Required Skills:- ERP Systems experience (Oracle EBS preferred, SAP acceptable)
- Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Supply Chain Management and Procurement experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Oracle EBS, SAP, Agile, Kinaxis, or similar ERP/database systems.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Experience with dashboards, reporting, or process automation.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement best practices.
