Buyer Planner

The Buyer Planner will manage purchasing, inventory planning, and supplier relationships across a global supply network. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of raw materials and finished goods while supporting cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and supply planning with domestic and international suppliers.

• Create and maintain purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and ensure on-time delivery.

• Plan inventory levels based on demand forecasts, lead times, and replenishment requirements.

• Track shipments, resolve supply issues, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.

• Support supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost-saving initiatives.

• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.

• Maintain inventory controls and support quality, compliance, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain planning.

• Experience working with international suppliers and import logistics preferred.

• Strong inventory management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• ERP experience required

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
