Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a buyer, planner, procurement, or supply chain coordination role within a electromechanical hardware and component company
  • Proficiency in Excel, NetSuite ERP systems, procurement and accounting modules
  • Experience working with Asia based suppliers, Contract Manufactures, 3-way reconciliation of inventory, order processing and payment
  • Strong familiarity with accounting practices related to supply chain, purchasing, order and payment
  • Strong technical competency in purchase order management and supply chain workflows.
  • Knowledge of demand planning, order validation, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Experience with spreadsheet management, trackers, and supply chain documentation.
  • Familiarity with logistics coordination, 3PL, and shipment tracking.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle including creation, validation, approval, and reconciliation across procurement and ERP systems.
  • Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturing teams to validate orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure commitments are met.
  • Support demand planning, order validation, and inventory management to ensure materials are available as needed.
  • Maintain real-time visibility into procurement and supply status through dashboards, trackers, and documentation.
  • Coordinate shipment tracking, inventory receipt, and reconciliation across multiple locations and systems, providing backup across related supply chain functions.
