Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct thorough market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties
- Schedule and accompany clients on property showings and open houses
- Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and answer questions throughout the buying process
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, zoning regulations, and financing options to advise clients effectively
Qualifications
- Current real estate license for Rhode Island or Connecticut
- Great at negotiating, communicating, and connecting with people
- Comfortable using real estate CRM tools and MLS platforms
- Detail-focused with good organization and time management skills
- Able to work well on your own and with a team
- Dedicated to delivering excellent client service and building lasting relationships
- Knowledgeable about local, state, and federal real estate rules
- Dependable transportation and a flexible schedule to meet client needs
