What your future day will look like:

• Create transfer orders to balance inventory and keep products available across locations.
• Process and track direct shipments while coordinating with sales teams, vendors, and customers.
• Follow up on purchase orders, confirm ship dates, and update expected receipts in NetSuite.
• Manage assigned vendor lines, create purchase orders, verify details, and address shipment issues.
• Support special-order quotes and help purchasing teams organize vendor pricing and project information.
• Review inventory activity, assist with shortage prevention, and support shipment, claim, and quality-related solutions.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Purchasing, procurement, sales, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
• Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred.
