Summary

Monumental Powered by PLACE is seeking a full-time Buyer & Seller Agent to serve seniors in transition and high-end first-time buyers in Fairfax County and North Arlington. This 100% commission role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed client service and guiding people through major housing transitions. Earnings are uncapped; engaged agents on the team typically earn $40,000–$80,000+ based on production.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth consultations with seniors and first-time buyers to clarify goals, timelines, and logistics.
Coordinate with trusted service providers (inspectors, movers, contractors) to simplify moves.
Prepare clients for each step of the transaction so they feel informed.
Host and staff open houses tailored to the property and client goals.
Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and families.
Record all interactions and tasks in the CRM.

Qualifications

Active or in-progress Virginia real estate license.
High empathy and professionalism with clients experiencing life changes.
Strong organizational skills with multiple stakeholders.
Availability for evenings and weekends when needed.
Comfortable with commission-only compensation.
