Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Buyer to oversee our procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient procurement operations, from sourcing and supplier onboarding to order tracking and invoicing.
The Buyer will provide analytical support by creating customized reports, maintaining contracts, and tracking expenditure, helping to maximize cost-efficiency across labs and departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full procure-to-pay cycle: obtain quotes, onboard suppliers, negotiate pricing, issue purchase orders, track orders, and resolve invoicing inquiries.
Provide analytical support by developing detailed reports in Coupa Analytics and Excel, assisting labs and finance teams with spend analysis.
Maintain and organize contracts within Coupa, ensuring easy access and accurate tracking of terms and commitments.
Assist in monitoring spend against contractual agreements to promote compliance and cost savings.
Deliver procurement training and guidance to employees on using the Procure-to-Pay system effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify continuous process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Cultivate strong internal relationships with laboratories and departments to ensure procurement processes meet their needs swiftly and cost-effectively.
