Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with buyers to understand their wants, needs, and goals
- Guide clients through the entire purchasing process
- Schedule and conduct property showings
- Write offers and negotiate contracts
- Maintain communication with clients and team members
- Utilize CRM systems and follow-up processes consistently
- Participate in team trainings and production coaching
- Build strong relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
