Responsible for performing a variety of procurement functions in support of Corporate Supply Chain Initiatives. The focus will be on maintaining integrity and accuracy of Purchasing/Supply Chain information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processes Purchase Requisitions and Creates Purchase Orders
- Creation of New Items from Vendor Quotes
- Maintains Item Vendor Lead Times
- Expedites past due purchase orders and communicates changes to the organization
- Purchases Certain Parts & PO Revisions
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in a multi-site manufacturing and distribution environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with lean practices and standard work principles.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Computer Savvy.
