Hire Type: Direct Hire

Target Salary: $65,000-70,000
Bonus/ Incentives/ Stock Options: up to 10% annual bonus

Job Summary: Responsible for procuring indirect materials, equipment, and services that support operations across multiple facilities. This role manages purchasing activities for non-production items, shipping and packaging materials, and aftermarket service tools while ensuring cost-effective sourcing and supplier performance.

Job Duties:

  • Source and purchase indirect goods and services for multiple locations, including packaging materials and aftermarket service tools
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to achieve cost savings and support business objectives
  • Generate and manage purchase orders for products, services, and planned packaging requirements
  • Partner with internal teams during the implementation of Coupa and serve as a key system resource and certified administrator
  • Evaluate and onboard new suppliers, ensuring all required approvals, authorizations, and safety requirements are met
  • Coordinate with facilities teams regarding vendor access, deliveries, and hazardous material considerations
  • Manage lease agreements for mobile equipment across several company locations
  • Analyze purchasing activity and prepare monthly spend reports and related metrics
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships while identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Sales, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of purchasing, procurement, or sourcing experience
  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated history of achieving cost savings
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Experience using SAP, LN, or similar ERP systems
  • Knowledge of shop supplies, operational equipment, and indirect procurement practices
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
