Location: Tucson, AZ

Salary: $68,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

These are the qualifications that matter.

• Minimum of 3 years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Experience executing MRP runs and managing material planning activities
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
• Solid understanding of supply chain, purchasing, and inventory management principles
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel occasionally to supplier locations as needed

Job Duties:

• Source and purchase materials, components, and supplies to support production needs
• Issue purchase orders, execute MRP runs, and track deliveries to ensure on-time material availability
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and contract negotiations
• Resolve supply, delivery, and quality issues with vendors
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and planning teams
• Track and expedite orders while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory
• Analyze costs and support purchasing savings initiatives
• Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records in the ERP system
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support audit requirements
