Buyers Agent

Summary

The Tomlinson Group is looking for a motivated and friendly Buyer's Agent to join our vibrant real estate team. In this role, you will support our lead agents by providing outstanding assistance to clients during property tours, helping buyers stay informed and confident throughout the entire purchasing process.

This position is perfect for those passionate about real estate, committed to fostering strong client connections, and eager to grow their career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Please Note: This is a commission-based role, and applicants must hold a valid real estate license at the time of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
• Take part in team events and activities as outlined by team standards
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients
• Utilize PLACE Technology to monitor client interactions and track activities

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
