Summary

Lead clients smoothly through every step of the homebuying process, from the first consultation all the way to closing. This role is ideal for a driven agent who excels at generating leads, building strong client relationships, hosting compelling home tours, crafting effective offers, and providing unwavering support to buyers throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
• Take part in team events and initiatives as outlined by team standards
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients
• Monitor and document activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology
