Buyers Agent

Summary

We are looking for a reliable and client-oriented Showing Partner / Real Estate Showing Assistant to join our team and assist buyer clients with property tours and showings. This position plays a key role in delivering outstanding client service throughout the home search journey, managing showing schedules, gathering and relaying buyer feedback, and providing the lead agent with prompt updates from the field.

The perfect candidate will be professional, well-organized, and highly responsive, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. They should excel in direct client interactions, efficiently handle multiple appointments, and be dedicated to ensuring a seamless and positive showing experience for every client.

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly  
• Conduct two open houses monthly 
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
