Responsibilities

• Implement the team’s lead-generation strategies on a consistent weekly basis
• Host at least two open houses each month
• Turn prospecting efforts and incoming leads into qualified buyer appointments
• Engage in team activities while upholding established team standards
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Guide buyers through the purchasing process, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and match them with suitable properties
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers while advocating for buyer interests
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using the team’s technology tools

• Experienced and confident in prospecting and generating new leads
