Responsibilities

• Obtain your Delaware real estate license and affiliate with the team
• Complete team and PLACE onboarding, systems training, and technology setup
• Graduate PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly  
• Conduct two open houses monthly 
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are a driven, coachable, and growth-minded person who wants to build a real career in real estate. You enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping others accomplish their goals. You may be currently working toward your Delaware real estate license, newly licensed, or early in your real estate career.

You don’t need to know everything on day one. What matters is that you are willing to learn, take coaching, follow proven systems, and consistently do the work required to succeed.

• Industry experience is preferred, but not required
