Shift: Standard 7:00 AM 3:00 PM; alternative 6:00 AM 2:00 PM or four 10-hour shifts

Experience: CNC machining experience required
Pay & Benefits
Pay Range: $20 $30 per hour (based on experience)

What Youll Do
Operate CNC mills (VMC) and CNC lathes to machine components for rubber and plastic molds
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately
Measure parts using standard inspection tools to maintain quality standards
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on machines
Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
Follow safety protocols including background check and drug screening requirements
Support continuous process improvement initiatives
What You Need Required:
Proven experience operating CNC mills (VMC); lathe experience a plus
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, and lifting
Preferred:
Experience machining rubber or plastic molds
Experience in precision measurement and inspection
