C2 Operations Product Trainer 2

Location: Elkridge, Maryland (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Surface and Air Surveillance & Command and Control (C2) Operations Subject Matter Expert. This role supports training, analysis, and operational integration efforts. The position requires hands-on operational knowledge in building and maintaining a recognized air and surface picture using multiple sensors, communications paths, and data links.

Key Responsibilities

• Support training, analysis, and operational integration for surveillance and C2 systems.
• Utilize operational knowledge to build and maintain recognized air and surface pictures.
• Integrate surface and air sensors, voice and data communications, and tactical data links.
• Combine multi-domain inputs into a unified operational picture.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a common operational picture.
• Translate real-world operational experience into training or program support.

Required Qualifications

• Prior military service (Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, or NATO).
• Direct experience in surface and/or air surveillance operations.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and managing air and surface objects.
• Demonstrated operational proficiency regardless of rank or title.
• Familiarity with Automatic Independent Surveillance, marine radar products, and maritime safety.
• Familiarity with ADS-B, radio direction finding, Electronic Support Measures, and Electronic Intelligence.
• Proficiency with Word.

Preferred Qualifications

• Instructor experience at a recognized military schoolhouse or training center.
• Background as a Navy Operations Specialist (OS), Coast Guard surveillance operator, Air Force C2 / air surveillance operator, or Marine Corps Tactical Operations.
• Joint or multi-domain operational experience.
• Experience supporting training development, simulation, or operational analysis.
