H2 is seeking a Program Management Consultant to support the Navy MNCC Program Management Office Team.  

 The Program Management Consultant responsibilities include: 

• Collaborate closely with the Training, Process Design and Service Management workstreams by creating and tracking client deliverables, logistical support to meetings and events, and reporting and data analytics.
• Provide direct client support with creation and editing of briefing products, and meeting and event support.

Required Skills:  

•  Bachelor’s degree
•  Two years’ professional experience required for Analyst I, five years’ for Program Manager II
•  Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
•  Must be able to communicate effectively and be comfortable working both individually and in team environments.
•  Excellent written communication skills
•  Ability to multitask and prioritize work on tight timelines
•  Security clearance eligibility (minimum level of Public Trust)

•  Ability to deal well with change and uncertainty
•  Strong interpersonal skills
•  Familiarity with military environments and organizations
•  Current security clearance
