As a Batch Lead, you will be responsible for designing, documenting, and overseeing the Oracle C2M batch schedule, coordinating a team of six offshore batch resources, and serving as the primary liaison with client for all batch-related activities across the program lifecycle. Your day-to-day activities will include developing and maintaining batch design standards, coordinating batch execution across testing phases and production cutover, and ensuring batch stability through hypercare. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple functional and technical project teams, and contribute to key decisions. Understanding of Oracle C2M or CC&B or MDM batch architecture is recommended. Proficiency in some batch scheduling tools and integrated batch schedule management, such as ControlM is suggested.
Design and maintain the Batch Design and Standards document for Oracle C2M, serving as the centralized source of information on the integrated batch schedule including dependencies, timing, program names, and program variants.
Own the batch runbook documenting the batch jobs, relationships, scheduling and error handling.
Coordinate with non-project teams to include dependent jobs and understand schedule.
Lead and coordinate a team of six offshore batch resources, providing day-to-day direction, quality oversight, and workload management to ensure deliverables meet program standards and timelines.
operations teams for all batch-related coordination, including environment refreshes and batch sequencing to minimize program downtime.
Support batch execution activities across all testing phases including SIT, UAT, ORT, dress rehearsal, and production cutover, coordinating with the test team to define and maintain the batch schedule for each cycle.
