Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented C4I Sub Surface Drawing & Repository Management Specialist to support the Integrated Project Team (IPT). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Government Furnished Information (GFI), maintaining technical drawing and document repositories, and ensuring the timely availability of accurate technical data in support of multiple task orders. This position requires a self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and data management skills who can effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while supporting continuous improvement of Government GFI and repository management processes. The candidate should possess experience with document management and repository systems such as INTELDOCS and RIPTIDE/MODTRACKER, demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.  Position also requires experience pulling, consolidating, tracking, and maintaining data from multiple sources while prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced technical environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

•    Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that current GFI is available and provided to the IPT.
•    Assist the GFI Manager with reviewing drawings and related documents (LARs/PLARs/RLARs) to determine their applicability to current and future Task Orders.
•    Prioritize and manage document submission deadlines based on boat availability schedules.
•    Assist the GFI Manager in compiling GFI to ensure incorporation into Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
•    Track the release of LARs, PLARs, and RLARs to ensure they are uploaded to RIPTIDE/MODTRACKER for the Alteration Installation Team (AIT).
•    Continuously improve the GFI process by tracking discrepancies and implementing lessons learned.
•    Brief GFI status in meetings with the IPT as required.
•    Maintain the INTELDOCS drawing repository with the latest revisions of GFI and upload to the correct ShipALTs.
•    Upload GFI to RIPTIDE/MODTRACKER in support of task order solicitations.
•    Assist the GFI Manager in developing documents to support task order solicitations.
•    Provide feedback and recommendations to the IPT regarding Performance Work Statement (PWS) and CDRL modifications related to GFI.
•    Partner with the GFI Manager to ensure all task orders have the correct and latest revisions of GFI.
•    Pull data from multiple trackers and consolidate information to support task order development.
•    Perform additional duties as required to support the SPG Lead.
 

Qualifications and Skills

Required knowledge and years of experience

A minimum of five years of experience in a drawing management, with two years of direct DoD drawing. Must be familiar with MS Office experience including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must be able to take direction and work independently, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadines, management or related role.

Education Requirements

HS diploma, military background preferred,
