Reason For Coverage: Site has lost a few CAA’s and CRNA’s. I think I could get them to take a CRNA too.

Dates & Required Availability:  START ASAP – This will be ongoing forever – We have 5-6 providers who have been at this site for well over a year already. This site will book out 3 + months at a time.   

 5 shifts a month is the minimum. Strongly prefer locums who cover 2+ weeks every month.

Shift Details: 
It says 8 hour shifts only (7a-3p) BUT our CAA’s here work 10’s I am pretty sure. I am double checking this.

Credentialing Timeframe:  EMERG PRIVS AVAILABLE

ONLY LIC candidates can be sent for name clear. 

Job Details:

• Setting:  OR’s
• Patient Volume: The sites see 140 cases per day total at all sites but CAA’s will be at main campus only.
• We only schedule our physician locums in rooms by themselves. 
• APP Support/Supervision: Occasionally the schedule dictates that we need to use one to medically direct CRNAs and run the board, but we only do so with locums that are comfortable with that and have been established with us for a while
• EMR: EPIC
• Client Requirements: Must be Clean to clear. No Covid vaccine required, but flu vaccine will be required come flu season
• Travel/Lodging Accommodations: ALL TRAVEL IS FINE

Additional Details: 

• Pay Rate: $220-230 MAX
• Bill Rate: $290-310

Rate Restrictions: They didn’t list any but have been putting rate MAX’s lately so they are watching rates.

• Name Clear Process: Send DG an email with - NPI, Mailing Address, phone # and CV to upload to Ringo.

• Sub Process: Send me our normal sub so I have ALL the sellable information. Ringo and Vituity have asked for sellable information for the med directors.

• Unique/Credentialing Client Requirements: no - Hannah is killing it on these files and knows the process.
• Client History- Long term success with this group – We have 9-15 Docs, CRNA, and CAA’s  working now, they give them whatever shifts they want!!!
