About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented CAB Production Helper to support our brazing operations. You’ll load and prepare cores for the Continuous Aluminum Brazing (CAB) process, operate production equipment, and help ensure consistent, high-quality output that keeps our manufacturing line running smoothly.
The Ideal Candidate
The right person for this role will have:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (1 year preferred).
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to learn machine operation.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on safety and quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking.
What You’ll Do
- Load units into the CAB machine using a chain hoist.
- Program and operate the CAB machine according to production needs.
- Sort units by program number and ensure correct sequence.
- Prepare and mix flux used in the brazing process.
- Monitor temperatures and machine performance during operation.
- Complete daily production and safety checklists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Report any issues or malfunctions promptly.
