Overview of Position: Cabana Attendants are pleasant and outgoing individuals that provide excellent customer service to guests that have rented our Cabanas ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties are but not limited to the following: - Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by demonstrating a friendly and courteous attitude.
- Serve guests that have rented our Cabanas food and beverages from our Windjammer Concession.
- Have a solid product knowledge.
- Use the Point-of-Sale computer system to ring in sales for food and merchandise items.
- Accurately accept cash, credit card and vouchers for payment and issue correct change and receipts.
- Follow all cash handling policies to ensure accurate cash balance throughout the duration of the shift.
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
Qualifications: - Must have an active State of Hawaii TB Clearance Card or able to obtain a TB clearance within 10 days after being hired.
- Adhere to work schedules and maintain regular attendance.
- Purchase uniform and keep a well-groomed appearance.
- Abe to stand for an extended period of time
- Must be able to work in an environment that can be at times high paced and stressful
- Must be able to work in all types of inclement weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 25 pounds
- Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis
- Must be able to work all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs
- Proficient in the English Language
