JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician, with prior experience in the hospitality industry. In depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas is a must Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry, Pool care etc. While this position is expected to start initially at about 25-30 hrs. a week, it is expected to become full time for the right candidate that has multiple skills in the areas of  

Note that this position requires working one weekend day AND also availability after hours on call. Hourly rate will be commensurate with experience.

Must have at least 10 years experience and a proven track record of fixing complex maintenance problems. Prior job reference mandatory.
