Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring a Cabinet Assembler to join a growing cabinetry production team. This position is responsible for assembling custom and production cabinetry according to detailed job specifications, blueprints, and production schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience using woodworking tools, and a commitment to producing high-quality finished products.Job Responsibilities
  • Assemble pre-cut cabinet components according to shop drawings, work orders, and specifications 
  • Read and interpret job plans to identify cabinet requirements, including finish ends, trim styles, door orientation, drawer placement, hardware locations, and project-specific details 
  • Safely operate hand and power tools, including table saws, miter/chop saws, drills, nail guns, staple guns, sanders, routers, and other woodworking equipment 
  • Inspect assembled cabinets to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications 
  • Perform adjustments, repairs, and corrective work on completed cabinets prior to delivery or installation 
  • Handle and transport cabinets, plywood, lumber, and other materials throughout the production facility 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 
  • Follow production schedules and meet established deadlines while maintaining quality workmanship 
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently 
Requirements
  • Previous cabinet assembly, woodworking, carpentry, or manufacturing experience preferred 
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measuring tools 
  • Knowledge of woodworking techniques and safe operation of power tools and equipment 
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials on a regular basis 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship 
  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and positive work ethic required 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
