You'll operate standard woodworking equipment, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and flag quality issues before they become problems downstream.What we're looking for:Prior experience in a cabinet shop, millwork, or wood products manufacturingAbility to read and follow shop drawings and cut listsComfortable with hand tools and standard shop equipmentDependable, shows up on time, and takes ownership of their workA team player who communicates well on the floorCompensation: $18- $22/hr depending on experience-------------------------------Senior Cabinet Builder / Custom CraftsmanMi-Kin Creations is looking for an experienced cabinet builder who can handle work that doesn't fit neatly into a production run — custom sizing, complex assemblies, and anything that requires thinking through a problem before picking up a tool.What you'll do: You'll take on custom and non-standard cabinet work from layout through final assembly, work independently with minimal direction, and mentor less experienced builders when needed.What we're looking for:Solid background in custom cabinet or millwork production (3+ years preferred)Strong ability to read shop drawings, including custom or non-standard detailsExperience handling complex joinery, custom sizing, and modified buildsAble to problem-solve on the fly without sacrificing qualityDependable, self-directed, and communicates proactivelyCompensation: $22 - $28/hr depending on experienceCompany Description Mi-Kin Creations, Inc. is a family owned business.
